First Methodist • Downtown Jackson (Clayton Hall), 200 South Church Street, Jackson, TN, USA Map
Join us for a renewed version of Downtown's First Friday Forum series, which will center around Jackson's year-long Bicentennial Celebration! To commemorate our city's 200th birthday, the Bicentennial Committee is hosting an informational lunch, the First Friday Edition, each month through the year-long celebration.
Our September gathering will feature Dr. Marlon King, Superintendent of Jackson-Madison County School System, speaking on public education. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., and lunch will be served starting at 11:45, followed by the program at approximately 12:30. As in years past, First Friday Forum is a monthly gathering to strengthen and learn about our community and is hosted by the City of Jackson and First Methodist Downtown.
As this is a catered event, only pre-sale tickets are available--which must be purchased by 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the event (September 7th), in order to have a firm headcount.
No tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased using a debit or credit card here, or if you prefer to pay by cash or check, please come by the business offices of First Methodist • Downtown Jackson during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday or 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Fridays).
